I was assigned to photograph the work of a decorator, one who even hired a Santa for a photo shoot to better represent her work. To reiterate, I had no role in the Santa.

I like working for a newspaper because it forces me to embrace challenges. Depicting a subject like this isn’t my forté, or what I practiced especially hard when I was in college, but it what was going to be done this day.
