Boy, is that entertaining. Mainstream journalism’s role is changing in the face of yet another “biggest thing ever” disaster. They are doing immediate good, but are they sacrificing the necessary reporting that needs to be done to help people understand how Haiti got to be like this in the first place? I think we’re missing out on the real story of Haiti.
